Pan-Fried Pork Gyoza

I never cook Gyoza before, I didn't kow about this dish at all, but as a couple weeks ago I bought the book "Tokyo Cult Recipes", I decided to try this one because it looked quite esay and I found the ingredients without much trouble. I have to say it was a success. Me and my husband enjoyed the gyoza very much, it was really tasty and the recipe is well explained and easy to follow. I think I will try next the Matcha and White Chocolate Cake :)
